Intro to meditation and mindfulness

Center for Health & Wellbeing five minute mindful meditation video

This is a meditation to help you build resilience while practicing gratitude.

Here's a short meditation to help you release your thoughts from the day and enjoy a peaceful sleep. I hope this serves you :)

As one year draws to a close and a new one dawns, it’s the perfect time of year to de-clutter old energies, release all thoughts of limitations and fear, and stand boldly in our power to create anew.

This is a meditation that will help you see the light within you and to realize that even if it goes dim it is always there shining brightly. I hope this serves you.

This meditation will allow you to trust yourself. Trust the universe. Trust the process and let life happen. I hope this serves you.

This is a meditation that focuses on welcoming the emotions you are feeling. It is a way to connect to your emotions by excepting them without judgment and trusting that they come into your life for healing and growth. I hope this serves you.

This guided meditation will help you learn to simply be and to look within yourself with mindfulness by using your breath to help you tune into a state of relaxed awareness and stillness. I hope this serves you.

By becoming the mountain in our meditation practice, we can link up with its strength and stability and adopt them for our own. We can use it’s energies to support our energy to encounter each moment with mindfulness. Mountains have this to teach us. I hope this serves you.

Relaxation and clarity is accessible to you by simply paying attention to your breath and scanning your body in any moment, no matter what’s happening in your day. Let your breath be a source of constant strength and energy for you. I hope this serves you.

This time that we are experiencing now can test out patience. We are on the precipice of a new way of thinking, a new way of being. We are being reminded that once again, we are not in control and patience is the only way through.

Here’s a positive affirmation meditation to help you remember these truths: You are strong. You are appreciated. You are confident. You are valued. You are enough. I hope this serves you.
