CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND MEDITATION FOR COMMUNITY + CONNECTION

Join us in person for a relaxing session of Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation. This is a perfect chance to unwind, connect with others, and experience the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls together. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a regular practitioner, you'll be guided through a calming meditation centered on a meaningful theme, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and other healing instruments. We’ll close with a few moments for quiet reflection, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned.

Please bring a yoga mat, as one will be needed for the meditation. You're also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, water or anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable duirng the session.
