About the event
We will be practicing a guided meditation that is designed to help you release any worry thoughts, as well as releasing negative emotions that are clinging to you. We will set an intention to give yourself strength and courage to see yourself in a different light. You'll enjoy a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath where you'll leave with a renewed body, mind and spirit.
