Come join me for a relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Kraft Azalea Gardens in Winter Park this Sunday. We will be focusing on letting go of our logical mind and surrendering to the presence of now. The weather is supposed to be beautiful! This class is donation based, but not required.
