CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND MEDITATION FOR COMMUNITY + CONNECTION

Join us for a relaxing and meaningful session of Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation. This is a chance to slow down, connect with others, and explore a meaningful theme through conversation, guided meditation, sound, and reflection. Each session begins with a short, thought-provoking talk, followed by a calming guided meditation. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and other healing instruments. We’ll close with a few quiet moments for reflection, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and perhaps carrying a new perspective with you.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, as one will be needed for the meditation. You're also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, water or anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable during the session.
